Service Cops Limited was incorporated in 2009 and has since celebrated its 10-year anniversary. It has since grown to be one of the Leading Financial Technology and Outsourcing Companies and has expanded into new regional markets; Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania, Ethiopia and Zambia. The company employs in excess of 80 staff and has developed and delivered a unique stack of innovative technology platforms, products and solutions that are solving real world problems.

Service Cops  recognizes the need for strategic alignment  of systems to ensure business continuity and continually  enhancing customer value. In  2016, Service Cops  developed and has since been running  a Quality Management System (QMS) that complies and is certified to ISO 9001:2015Quality standard. This  framework  enables us to assess our systems, identify our shortfalls and develop the necessary improvements to ensure a continued service improvement to our customers.

In addition, Service Cops  is conscious of its operational environment and that of its stakeholders and as such continually performs a risk assessment.  Out of this, Service Cops has since established an Information Security Management system (ISMS) that complies with the ISO 27001 framework. We ensure that our that partners and stakeholders’ information is secure with us.
