2009
We made a choice that changed our lives—we resigned from our formal roles to build something that would stand for excellence. We named it Service Cops Limited. The name wasn’t just a brand; it was a badge of accountability. We were going to be the guardians of the service experience.

2010-2014
Estabilished BPO Call center with Stanbic bank. Signed on Centenary for BPO Services.

2016
Launched SchoolPay Uganda. ISO 9001-2015 Quality Management System.

2017
Launched Agency banking and SASULA merchant payments solution in Centenary bank. Launched Bill Pay onto the market.

2018
SchoolPay accumulated over 1 million active paying Students. Integrated over 9 banks in Uganda on SchoolPay. Launched SchoolPay inZambia.

2019
Launched S-WALLET. Partnership with Neptune to Establish Nepserv Consults SPV. ISO 27001-2013 Information Security Management System.

2020-2022
Partnered with UNCDF to Scale Education Digital Innovations in the Northern region. Launched Motor Third Party(MTP) supported by Insurance Regulatory Authority. Voted BPO/IETs Company of the year by NITA-U 2021. Recognized as a pace setter at the PACESETTERS awards 2021. Established Fincom Technologies Limited.

2023-2024
Launched the SchoolPay ERP in schools across Uganda. Fincom Technologies, a subsidiary of Service Cops Group was created and licensed by the Bank Of Uganda as a Payment Service Provider and a Payment Systems Operator. Launched SchoolPay in Kenya and Tanzania. S-Wallet Pocket Money Cards re-launched in some schools in the western and central region.
