Our History
Service Cops is a brainchild of four gentlemen who during their routine Wednesday Coffee Meetings realized a gap in the services industry and this mushroomed into a hunger and thirst for better service provision, value creation, digital solutions and sustainability. The relentless pursuit of this idea saw the four professionals leave their formal employment to form the multi award winning behemoth known today as Service Cops.
Twelve years (12 years) down the road, Service Cops has grown into a regional outfit with presence in four countries with a stack of technology solutions serving Banking and Finance, Insurance, Education, Payments. In pursuit of Service excellence, the company has developed and implemented systems that are certified to International Standards. As a result, the company has had impact in the service industry through its technology and unique business processes outsourcing solutions locally and beyond.

With over 10 Billion in transactional value in over 12 years, Service Cops has been creating impactful and measurable stack of solutions in the Financial technology and Business Processes Outsourcing (BPO) space serving telecom, Finance and Banking, Insurance, Education, public , Business and agricultural sectors. With its multiple products offering typified around the client offering, digital solutions, and value creation Service Cops has grown into a diverse workforce of over 100 permanent employees that service our diverse portfolio of clients.
Service Cops partners with over 16 Commercial Banks (13 banks in Uganda), 5 Mobile Network Operators and a number of payment aggregators in East and Central Africa to deliver its solutions. Service Cops has headquarters in Uganda and has subsidiaries in Zambia, Ethiopia, Kenya, and Tanzania., Our wide experience in offering services and solutions in highly sensitive sectors like financial services is a statement of our capabilities and trust from these clients. In particular, we have been running customer care/ helpline solutions in one of the largest banks in Uganda by clientele base; Centenary bank for over six years.

Service Cops Quality Management System (QMS) is ISO9001:2015 certified while its Information Security Management System (ISMS) is ISO/IEC 27001:13 certified.
